Documentation
All passengers must be in possession of a valid Passport or a valid National Identity Card issued by a country member of the European Economic Area.
Before traveling, you must be informed and present all the documentation required by any law, regulation, order, demand or other requirement of the countries concerned. You must also allow us to take and retain copies thereof. Helitt Airlines reserves the right to refuse carriage if you have not complied with these.

Children and Infants

Children under 16 years of age are required to have a valid National Identity Card or Passport. They can also travel on the valid passport of the parent with whom they are traveling in case they are included on it.
Helitt Airlines will not accept unaccompanied children under the age of 16. They must always travel with another passenger over 16 years of age. We offer Unaccompanied Minors Service.
Spanish or French resident children under 18 years of age who are traveling without their parents or a responsible adult on a valid National ID Card on flights between EEA countries, must have a form (collected from their local police station) of written authorization to travel from their parents. This form will need to be presented at the check-in desk and passport control.

Passengers with Special Assistance or Reduced Mobility

For safety reasons, Helitt Airlines can only transport a maximum of four passengers per flight with reduced mobility, visually impaired or with visual difficulties, traveling alone or with guide dogs, or who need any kind of special assistance at the airport or in-flight. These passengers (included those visually impaired passengers or with visual difficulties traveling with a sighted adult) must request the Special Assistance Service during the booking process at helitt.com
The Special Assistance Service cannot be reserved online within less than 36 hours prior to departure nor once the passenger has checked-in. This service can be added (subject to availability) through Helitt’s local call center at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled departure. However, we will make all reasonable efforts to facilitate this service to those passengers who have not reserved it in advance.
