We recommend you to arrive at the check-in desk and at the boarding gate with plenty of time prior to flight departure to allow sufficient time to complete all necessary government requirements and departure procedures and, in any case, never later than the fixed time limit.

The check-in/bag drop desk opens at least 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time.

You must have your boarding pass at least 30 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights. For international travel, at least 45 minutes in advance.

Besides, you must be present at the boarding gate at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

Failure to comply these times entails the loss of your reserved or checked-in seats.

Passengers with special needs must present their assistance reservation printed on their online boarding pass. When they arrive at the airport, they must go to the enabled special assistance area/desk.

Passengers with reduced mobility who have notified their needs in advance must be present at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
